Call for Abstracts
(Paper Presentations)
With the third circular we invite all CATs to submit abstracts, aiming for one (or at the most) two
proposed sessions. You may find a list of all 21 accepted session proposals, including the session
description, on the CAT-Page. Use the session that best matches the research you want to present.
Additional papers on demographics, segregation, suburbs, and small towns are highly welcome, and
separate additional sessions will be created for them, if needed (see point 22 below).
Please note that we do not accept participants representing Russian or Belarusian institutions. If this
concerns you, you may submit your abstract as a private person and present your work as an
independent scholar.
The event is on site only.
Submission Guidelines
Authors (max. 3) are invited to submit abstracts for paper presentations of 20 minutes each.
Submissions have to be made online. Please use the template below. Abstracts must be written in good English (AI-corrected would suffice) and will be reviewed by the session chair(s).
Each submission must include the following:
- Author(s) (max. 3), including home institution(s) and affiliated department(s)
- Title of the presentation
- Abstract (no more than 200 words)
- Keywords (3-4 keywords)
The cfp starts on May 1, 2025 and will remain open until June 15. Information on acceptance will be
sent by the end of June. Registration will begin in July 2025.
We are looking forward to your contributions!
