Call for Proposals: Sessions, Workshops, Round Tables

Authors (max. 2) are invited to submit proposals for both organized and open panels, workshops and
round tables of 90 minutes each. Submissions should include an overview (max. 250 words) outlining
the rationale for the proposed session. Main themes and possibly topics have been listed here and may give orientation.

Each submission must include the following:

• Author and co-author (if applicable), including home institution(s) and affiliated department(s)
• Session Title
• Abstract (no more than 250 words)
• 3-4 Keywords

The submission period for sessions will be open from March 1 to April 15, 2025.

Submissions should be made online. Please use the template below. Session abstracts must be written in English and will be peer-reviewed by the Organizing Septemvirate.

Letters of acceptance will be sent on April 28, 2025 as the cfp starts at May 1, 2025.

The following Call for Papers will remain open from May 1 to June 30, 2025. Registration will begin in July 2025.
